Aha! You've just remembered to add a new skill to your Pingboard profile while you're away from your desk. You can add this detail, update any section in your profile, and save it in real time from your phone to help keep it up to date.
To get started:
- Open the Pingboard app on your phone.
- From the menu bar, select Profile.
- In the upper-right hand corner, you'll find Edit.
- Tap on any of the fields to edit, add, or delete info.
- Select Save.
To update your photo:
- Open the Pingboard app on your phone.
- From the menu bar, select Profile.
- In the upper-right hand corner, choose Edit.
- Select Profile Picture.
- Choose whether you'd like to Take new picture from your phone or Select from library.
- Don't forget to Save!
Note: Name pronunciations cannot be recorded from your phone, but stay tuned for updates to see when this becomes available.
Note: If you're unable to edit a field from your mobile app, your admins may have restricted it. Reach out to an admin to let them know if that field needs to be updated.
