If you have employees who report to the same manager but belong on different levels of your Org Chart, use Job Leveling to adjust the level of any card.
- On the Org Chart page, hover over the card of the person you need to raise or lower and click More (...).
- Select Move Down to move an employee down a row from their default reporting level, or select Move Up to move them back up.
Tip: Employees can only be moved up a level if they have previously been moved down – the manager that an employee reports to must always remain above their Direct Report
