Admins in Pingboard control levels of access for other Pingboard members and can identify other admins by checking their Employees page (Admin > Employees). Choose the Permission row on the Employees page to sort everyone by their level of access. Follow these steps to invite colleagues as Administrators:

  1. Click Account > Manage Employees.
  2. Choose Invite next to the name of the person you want to make an Admin.
  3. Select Admin as their access level and choose Invite again.

Your new Admin will be sent an email inviting them to claim their access and complete their profile in Pingboard.

Tip: If the person you're trying to give Admin rights to has already been invited, follow this guide instead.
