Some Pingboard accounts include a single Admin license for the account's owner. The existing Admin can transfer ownership to someone else in the account from the Employees page.
- Click Account and select Manage Employees.
- Search or scroll on the Employees page to find the person you want to assign as the new owner of the account.
- Click the More (...) button next to their name and select Make Account Owner (make sure the person you select has an email address listed in the Email field of their Profile).
An invitation to accept ownership of the account will be sent to the email address of the employee you've selected. Once the invited Admin accepts ownership of the account, the previous Admin's access will be revoked.
