Free and Solo Pingboard accounts include a single license for the account's owner to sign in as an Administrator. The existing Admin can transfer ownership to someone else in the account from the Employees page.
- Click Admin and select Employees
- Search or scroll on the Employees page to find the person you want to assign as the new owner of the account
- Click on the More (...) button next to their name and select Make Account Owner (make sure the person you select has an email address listed in the Email field of their Profile)
An invitation to accept ownership of the account will be sent to the address of the employee you've selected. Once the invited Admin accepts ownership of the account, the previous Admin's access will be revoked.
