Turn on Org Chart Sharing for your Live Org Chart to generate a customized link to your chart. Anyone you share the link with can view the org chart without signing in, making it easy to share your chart with investors or embed the org chart on your intranet.
On the Company plan, you can also include the Profile Sidebar from your Live Org Chart on your shared links, making Employee Profiles visible to anyone who has the link.
- In the Live Org Chart, click the button with the Arrow Icon to open sharing options
- Turn on Link Sharing to generate a randomized link to your Org Chart
- Check the box marked Include Employee Profiles to include the Profile Sidebar
With the profile option enabled, clicking on a role card opens the Profile Sidebar on the right side of the Org Chart so viewers can see an employee's profile. Profiles include any Custom Field with "Company" visibility, including Birthdays, Work Anniversaries, and upcoming statuses.
In the Profile Sidebar for the Shared Org Chart, all links are disabled (such as location and skills) since those links are to pages within Pingboard that require authentication.
Note: Private and Admin-Only information is not shown in the Shared Org Chart. Be sure to check your privacy settings for your Custom Fields before turning on this option.
