Admins in Pingboard have access to robust reporting tools to access reports for all data stored in Pingboard. Reports can be used for a number of purposes, like auditing Pingboard to find out which employees haven't added their information to specific Custom Fields or cross-referencing shared interests and skills across Groups and Departments.
From the Admin menu, choose Reports to access Pingboard's Reports page. Reports can be exported as a CSV file by clicking the Export button at the top of the report. Export your reports to combine them with other data or explore and experiment with your company information in tools like Apple Numbers, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
Follow these steps to create and save a new custom report:
- From the Reports page, click the green New Report button to get started.
- The report builder menu will appear. Select all the fields you'd like to include in your report, then select the blue Update Report button to view the results.
- Select the Pencil Icon next to the report’s name to change the name of your new report.
- Select the blue Save button at the top of your report to save it for future viewing.
If you'd like to see all of your data in one place in your browser, select the Everything report from the Default section of the Reports page.
For a full export of all data in Pingboard including system data points like the date a profile was created or last updated, links to profile pictures, etc, navigate to the Sync & Import page, then click Export Your Data.
