Pingboard is built to keep sensitive information private, so Birthdays in Pingboard will only display birth days and months. Birth year is required to enter birthdays in Pingboard, but those years are only displayed to Admins in your account.
If you'd prefer to keep all birth date data in Pingboard private, any Admin can change that setting by editing the Birthday field's permissions tab on the Custom Fields page.
