Every Custom Field that’s visible to everyone in Pingboard is also searchable by default. Admins can edit a field’s permissions to exclude it from appearing in search results. To exclude a field from search, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Customize Profiles page. (Settings > Customize Profiles).
- Select the field you want to exclude by clicking the (More)... button > Edit.
- Select the Permissions tab, then check off the Exclude in searches setting.
Tip: Private or Admin-Only fields are excluded from search results by default.
