Your organization's Pingboard is accessible by invite only and the amount of invites available to you depends on your subscription type.
The Complete Your Profile link in Pingboard's invite emails acts like a key to unlock profiles and provide access for first-time logins. Admins can also customize their account's invite email with any information they need to include.
To invite people to start using Pingboard:
- Click Account > Manage Employees.
- To invite everyone, select the Invite button, then choose Invite [number of] New Employees. The number of employees that you see will correspond to the number of profiles you have in Pingboard.
- To invite only specific people, select the check-box next to the name and photo of the person/people you want to invite, then choose Invite selected employees, or select the individual Invite buttons next to the names of people you want to invite and choose their access-level.
If you're using one of our data integrations to sync Employee information to Pingboard, you also have the option to automatically invite new Employees to Pingboard as they're added from your data source. All automatically invited employees will be added at the Employee permission level.
