Turn Off Default Notifications for New Employees

By default, "This Week" emails and Status notification (for your direct reports) are turned on. Settings for these notifications can be managed by Admins for the entire company on your account's Settings page:

  1. Click Admin, then select Settings from the drop-down menu
  2. Scroll down to the Notifications section
  3. De-select the check-boxes for any notifications you want to turn off for new people in Pingboard

Tip When a notification's default setting is disabled, current preference settings for existing employees in Pingboard will remain the same, but new employees will have to opt-in on their Preferences page to receive status notifications.
