Turn Off Default Notifications for New Employees

By default, "This Week" emails and Status notification (for your direct reports) are turned on. Settings for these notifications can be managed by Admins for the entire company on your account's Settings page:

  1. Hover over Admin, then select Settings from the drop-down menu.
  2. Scroll down to the Emails section.
  3. For the "This Week" email, uncheck the box for "Opt in new Employees" to turn off default notifications.
  4. For Status Notifications, toggle the button to the left, it will appear grey, to turn off default notifications.

Tip: When a notification's default setting is disabled, current preference settings for existing employees in Pingboard will remain the same, but new employees will have to opt-in on their Preferences page to receive notifications.
