What’s the minimum user information I need to perform a batch upload with a CSV?

Before anyone can sign in to Pingboard, an Admin has to create a basic profile for them and send them an invite.

The only information you need to create a new profile in Pingboard is a name, but contact information (an email address and phone number, for instance) is helpful if you want to be able to contact that person from Pingboard. You'll also need to add contact information before inviting someone to claim their Pingboard profile. To help Pingboard automatically position a person in your Org Chart, include a manager's email address in the Reports To column of your CSV.

You can batch-import initial information into Pingboard with a CSV, or by connecting Google Apps or Okta to your Pingboard account if you use either of those services to store employee data.
