The best way to give employees instructions on how to fill out fields is to include placeholders within fields, as well as instructions, both of which can be accessed by editing the field. Anything you enter in the instructions field will appear just below the field you’re creating, letting your coworkers know how to fill it out.
Admins can edit any field from the Custom Fields page (click Admin and select Custom Fields from the drop-down menu) – just click a field to start editing.
