With the Workday integration for Pingboard, you can:
- Keep your Pingboard headcount in-sync as employees are added and removed from Workday.
- Import employee data from Workday including:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Job Title
- Start Date
- Mobile Phone Number
- Manager
- Location
- Department
- Photo
- Keep data up-to-date in Pingboard by syncing changes from Workday - changes are synced to Pingboard about every 3 hours.
- Automatically invite synced employees to Pingboard (off by default).
Tip: Data is pulled in for each new employee when they're first synced to Pingboard, but Workday won't overwrite existing employee data in Pingboard unless you turn on Overwrite Fields in Pingboard.
