What does the Paylocity integration do? – Pingboard Help Center

With the Paylocity integration for Pingboard, you can:

Keep your Pingboard headcount in-sync as employees are added and removed from Paylocity.
Import employee data from Paylocity including:

First Name
Last Name
Nickname
Bio
Email
Mobile Phone
Office Phone
Job Title
Manager
Start Date
Birthday
Location

Keep data up-to-date in Pingboard by syncing changes from Paylocity - changes are synced to Pingboard about every 60 minutes.
Automatically invite synced employees to Pingboard (off by default).

Tip: Data is pulled in for each new employee when they're first synced to Pingboard, but Paylocity won't overwrite existing employee data in Pingboard unless you turn on Overwrite Fields in Pingboard.

Note: Paylcoity does not currently support syncing employee photos – Paylocity may support that functionality in the future.
