What does the UKG Pro Integration do? – Pingboard Help Center

With the UKG Pro integration for Pingboard, you can:

Keep your Pingboard headcount in-sync as employees are added and removed from UKG Pro.
Import employee data from UKG Pro including:

First Name
Last Name
Job Title
Start Date
Email
Mobile Phone Number
Manager
Location
Department

Keep data up-to-date in Pingboard by syncing changes from UKG Pro - changes are synced to Pingboard about every 3 hours.
Automatically invite synced employees to Pingboard (off by default).

Tip: Data is pulled in for each new employee when they're first synced to Pingboard, but UKG Pro won't overwrite existing employee data in Pingboard unless you turn on Overwrite Fields in Pingboard.

Note: UKG Pro does not currently support syncing employee photos – UKG Pro may support that functionality in the future.
