How are searched results sorted?

Pingboard's powerful search algorithm organizes results quickly and intelligently, so typing a single word (or even part of a word) provides immediate results across both individual profiles and groups of people with something in common (like skills, locations, or the year they started).

Pingboard finds and prioritizes results based on the best match for the search criteria. The algorithm takes into account the significance (a name match will appear above a skill match, for instance) and quality of each match.
