Pingboard's powerful search algorithm organizes results quickly and intelligently, so typing a single word (or even part of a word) provides immediate results across both individual profiles and groups of people with something in common (like skills, locations, or the year they started).
Pingboard finds and prioritizes results based on the best match for the search criteria. Search results are prioritized according to significance (a match for a person's name will appear above a match for their skills, for instance) and quality of each match.
