Customize the Information Displayed on Directory Cards

Admins can decide what information should appear on Profile Cards in the Directory. Navigate to the Settings page to get started.

  1. Navigate to AdminSettings
  2. Scroll down to the Customize Profile Cards section
  3. Choose any two fields from the drop-down menus under "Customize Cards"

Tip: Fields must be visible to the entire company to be selected.

Note: Changes made here will only be represented in the Directory. You can change the details listed on Org Chart cards from the Options menu on the Org Chart page.
