Customize the Information Displayed on Directory Cards

Admins can decide what information should appear on Profile Cards in the Directory. Navigate to Account > Account Settings to get started.

  1. Navigate to Account > Account Settings
  2. Scroll down to the Customize Profile Cards section
  3. Choose any two fields from the drop-down menus under "Customize Cards"

Tip: Permissions to view fields must be set to Everyone to be selected.

Note: Changes made here will only be represented in the Directory. You can change the details listed on Org Chart cards from the Options menu on the Org Chart page.
