Customize the Information Displayed on Directory Cards

Admins can decide what information should appear on Profile Cards in the Directory. Navigate to the Settings page to get started.

  1. Click Admin, select Settings from the drop-down menu
  2. Scroll down to the Appearance section
  3. Choose any two fields from the drop-down menus under "Customize Cards"

Tip Fields must be visible to the entire company to be selected.

Note Changes made here will only be represented in the Directory. You can change the details listed on Org Chart cards from the Options menu on the Org Chart page.
