Customize Information on Org Chart cards

Admins can change or add up to 4 extra fields on Org Chart Role Cards. Your Live Org Chart and all Planning Org Charts can each have different settings for what information is listed to make sure everyone accessing those charts can see the data you want them to see.

  1. Navigate to the Org Chart you want to update.
  2. Select Options and choose Customize Cards.
  3. Select +Add Field.
  4. Use the drop-down menu to choose a field you want to display (you can also type the field's name).
  5. Once you're happy with your selections, use the Save button to complete your changes.

Turn on Show Field Labels to display the names of Custom Fields before employee data on cards.

Turn off Show Employee Photos to remove employee photos from cards on your chart (this is especially useful if you need to print a version of your chart without photos).

Note: Changes made here will only be represented on the Org Chart you edit. You can change the details listed on Directory cards from the Settings page.
